20+ years delivering enterprise technology, including SaaS implementations, API platforms and integrations, and digital commerce, for global organizations such as Digital River, Arctic Wolf Networks, and IDeaS.

10+ years leading and developing teams of project managers, developers, solutions architects, and business analysts. I give people the tools, training, and support they need, and build a culture of growth, autonomy, and accountability.

9 years as a Military Intelligence Officer in the Minnesota Army National Guard, including two overseas deployments, where I learned to lead under pressure.

I connect strategy with execution. My approach is collaborative and hands-on: I align executives, engineers, and customers around a clear plan, I’m comfortable leading through ambiguity, and I deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

A track record of measurable results: $100MM in net new revenue from 50+ client projects at Digital River, and a B2B e-commerce channel launched in six months that contributed to 63% year-over-year ARR growth at Arctic Wolf.

Equally effective with customers and internal teams. Much of my career has been client-facing, alongside cross-functional work on process re-engineering, technology integrations, and high-value strategic programs.

15+ years of project and program management experience, grounded in my military service. Planning and leading operations as a Military Intelligence Officer taught me the fundamentals of disciplined execution. In 2012, I moved from leading a global QA team of 22 into project management at Digital River, working directly with customers, product management, and executives.

Since then, I’ve led Tier 1 enterprise digital commerce projects ($50MM+), introduced standardized SOWs and re-engineered delivery processes, launched a B2B e-commerce channel at Arctic Wolf, and owned a multi-quarter integration roadmap at IDeaS.

20+ years of experience in system integration and implementation. I started my technology career in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Digital River and quickly grew into the team’s technical lead, building hands-on skills in SQL, front-end web technologies, APIs, and Python. I credit the leaders and engineers I worked with there for much of my success.

Throughout my career, I’ve led complex e-commerce implementations, integrated enterprise platforms with ERP systems, and delivered system-to-system integrations using RESTful APIs. At Digital River, from 2020 to 2022, I led a team that developed and launched more than 30 reusable, repeatable customer implementation solutions, collaborating with over 40 system integration partners to deliver scalable, reliable solutions for global organizations.

My leadership journey began in September 2001. I joined the Army National Guard as a Second Lieutenant on September 17, 2001, a decision that remains one of my proudest. I served nine years as a Military Intelligence Officer, including two overseas deployments, before transitioning out in 2010 to focus on my career and family.

Throughout my career, I’ve led teams across quality assurance, professional services, and client delivery, most recently serving as Director of Partner Enablement at Digital River. More recently, at Arctic Wolf and IDeaS, I’ve led cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations, building alignment and influencing decisions without direct reporting authority. These experiences, combined with mentorship from exceptional leaders, have shaped my collaborative, adaptable, and people-first approach to leadership.
