My approach to project management is collaborative and empowering, comfortable with leading in ambiguity. I am a hands-on learner with a can-do attitude, focused on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

As a leader, I empower teams by providing tools, training, and the support they need to be successful. I believe in fostering a culture of growth, autonomy, and accountability.

The majority of my career was spent in customer facing roles, but I also have extensive experience working with internal cross-functional teams focused on process re-engineering, optimization, documentation, technology integrations, and other complex high-value strategic programs.

I have 13+ years of experience in project & program management. In 2012, I made a significant career shift from Quality Assurance to project management at Digital River. Before that, I had the privilege of managing a global QA team of 22, which was a rewarding experience;
however, when two project managers I supported left the company, I saw an opportunity to step into a more impactful role. While I deeply valued my time in QA and team management, I was eager to broaden my skill set and contribute more directly to the business side. In my new role, I collaborated closely with customers, product management, and executives, ensuring that our clients' business requirements were met while delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

I have 18+ years of experience in system integration & implementation. I launched my technology career in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Digital River. Starting with limited technical knowledge, I quickly grew into the role of technical lead and subject matter expert for the QA team. I was fortunate to be part of a rapidly growing company that fostered on-the-job learning, which allowed me to gain expertise in SQL, front-end web technologies, APIs, Python, and a wide range of other tools and technologies.

The leaders and engineers I had the privilege of working with at Digital River remain some of the brightest professionals I've encountered. I credit them with much of my success and the opportunities I've had throughout my career.

I began my leadership journey in September, 2001. I joined the Army National Guard as a Second Lieutenant on September 17th, 2001, a decision that remains one of my proudest achievements. I served for 9 years, including two overseas deployments, before transitioning out in 2010 to focus on my career and family.

This experience, combined with the mentorship of exceptional leaders throughout my career, has been a driving force behind the leadership opportunities and roles I’ve had the privilege of taking on over the past 18 years.
