The challenge

Clients adopting Digital River’s API-based commerce platform needed reliable, repeatable implementations, often delivered alongside third-party system integrators. Growth depended on scaling delivery capacity without sacrificing quality.

What I did

  • Led a team of nine direct reports: project managers, developers, solutions architects, and business analysts.
  • Planned and executed client projects integrating Digital River’s API solutions.
  • Partnered with more than 40 system integrators to extend delivery capacity.
  • Created and ran a 14-week training program to teach the global client delivery team the company’s API technologies.
